RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES on any sold Art Pieces, all Art Sales Are Final.

All  apparel merchandise returns must be unworn and unwashed. We are happy to issue a refund in the form of a VYRUS CLOTHING e-gift card for use on a future purchase on lsdcollections.com. E-gift cards never expire.

Helpful Hint: When returning by mail, we suggest using USPS flat rate shipping for convenience. You will be responsible for covering shipping cost to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all VYRUS clothing. Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24-48 hours of receiving your package.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customers responsibility. VYRUS CLOTHING does not provide return shipping labels.

We do not accept returns on clearance items , Trading cards, stickers, canvas, Rolling trays,  frames and/or metal posters.

​

 

Please note that all clothing in our collection is printed and created on demand. We do not send out items from an existing stock  unless VYRUS CLOTHING chooses to fulfill any orders in that way.

 
We recommend sending your returns via USPS Flat Rate with a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Credit

Store credit via e-gift card for your returned item(s) will be processed once they are received. Please allow 5 to 7 business days to process your return once we receive it. Your e-gift card covers the original purchase price and tax if applicable. Vyrus clothing does not credit original shipping charges.
